1. Shipping Overview
MineralBalance ships HTMA test kits to customers in the United States and Canada. We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible so you can begin your health journey.
2. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, including weekends. Please note that while we ship on Saturdays and Sundays, USPS does not deliver on Sundays and has limited Saturday operations, which may affect delivery timing.
3. United States Shipping
3.1 Shipping Cost
Shipping is FREE for all HTMA test kit orders within the United States.
3.2 Carrier and Delivery Time
We ship via USPS. Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
3.3 Tracking
A tracking number is provided for all US orders. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.
3.4 PO Boxes
We ship to PO Boxes without restriction.
4. Canada Shipping
4.1 Shipping Cost
Shipping is FREE for all HTMA test kit orders to Canada.
4.2 Delivery Time
Shipping to Canada takes longer than US orders. Please allow 5-15 business days for delivery.
4.3 Packaging
To avoid high international shipping fees, kits shipped to Canada are sent in an envelope rather than the standard cardboard mailing kit.
4.4 No Tracking
Due to international shipping logistics, tracking is not available for Canadian orders.
4.5 Return Postage Not Included
Prepaid return postage is not included for Canadian orders, as we do not have access to Canada Post postage. You will need to provide your own postage to mail your hair sample to the laboratory. The cost is minimal (approximately $1-2 CAD). A mailing envelope with the lab address is included in your kit.
4.6 Customs and Duties
You are not responsible for customs or duties on your test kit.
5. Returning Your Hair Sample
5.1 United States
A prepaid USPS return envelope is included in your test kit. Simply collect your hair sample following the instructions provided, seal the envelope, and drop it in any USPS mailbox or post office.
5.2 Canada
A return envelope with the lab address is included, but you will need to apply your own postage (approximately $1-2 CAD). Mail your sample via Canada Post.
5.3 Sample Transit
We are not responsible for samples lost in transit. We recommend dropping your sample at a post office or mailbox promptly after collection.
6. Results Timeline
Once the laboratory receives your hair sample, results are typically available within 5 business days. Total time from mailing your sample to receiving results is approximately 7-10 business days for US customers and may be slightly longer for Canadian customers.
7. Supplement Shipping (Coming Soon)
When dietary supplements become available, shipping costs may apply and will be displayed at checkout. Shipping details for supplements will be updated in this policy at that time.
8. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order. MineralBalance is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will do our best to update the address before shipment.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with USPS to locate your package or send a replacement kit if necessary.
