Your test kit includes everything you need: a hair collection envelope, an instruction card, and a prepaid return mailer. Simply cut a small amount of hair (about a tablespoon) from the nape of your neck, close to the scalp. Place the sample in the collection envelope, fill out the short registration form online, then seal everything in the prepaid envelope and drop it in any mailbox.
Hair requirements: Undyed, unbleached hair, preferably from the back of the head. (Pubic or other body hair is acceptable if head hair is not available.) If your hair is dyed, wait until you have 1-1.5 inches of natural growth.
