By joining the MineralBalance Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement governs your legal right to advertise MineralBalance products and services and receive commissions for referred sales.

Approval or Rejection of the Application

We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application at our sole and absolute discretion. We may also terminate any affiliate account at any time if we determine that the affiliate has violated these terms.

Commissions

• Commission payments are processed monthly
• Referred accounts must remain active for a minimum of 31 days before commissions are paid
• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination
• Only successfully completed transactions are eligible for commission
• Chargebacks, refunds, and disputed transactions are excluded from commission payouts

Termination

Affiliates may face immediate suspension or termination of their account for any of the following:

• Inappropriate advertising that includes false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims
• Spamming activities of any kind, including unsolicited emails
• Promoting MineralBalance alongside illegal, harmful, or objectionable content
• Failure to properly disclose affiliate relationships as required by FTC guidelines
• Violations of MineralBalance intellectual property rights
• Offering unauthorized rebates, discounts, or kickbacks from your commissions
• Self-referrals or any form of fraudulent transactions

Affiliate Links

As an approved affiliate, you are granted permission to use MineralBalance graphics and text links on your websites, in emails, classified ads, magazines, newspapers, and other approved marketing channels. All promotional materials must accurately represent MineralBalance products and services.

Coupon and Deal Sites

If you operate a coupon or deal site, the following restrictions apply:

• Misleading text or fake coupon codes are strictly prohibited
• Bidding on brand terms or variations is not permitted
• Cookie-setting through misleading means is prohibited
• All coupons must be valid and authorized by MineralBalance

Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy

PPC bidding is NOT allowed without prior written permission. This includes bidding on “MineralBalance,” our brand name, product names, or any variations or misspellings. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Liability

MineralBalance shall not be held liable for any tracking failures, technical errors, or operational issues that may affect commission reporting or payments. While we strive to maintain accurate tracking, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Term of the Agreement

These terms and conditions may be modified at any time at our sole discretion. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

Indemnification

As an affiliate, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MineralBalance, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your negligence, misconduct, or violation of these terms.

Electronic Signatures Effective

By completing the affiliate application, you acknowledge that this Agreement constitutes a legally binding electronic contract. Your electronic signature on the application form indicates your full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
